3. The Orton Rule
Randy Orton's first suspension came in April 2006 when he found smoking pot. While this is normally a fineable offense, WWE suspended Orton to communicate something specific. Significantly however, it is not a Wellness infringement. His next suspension came months after the fact in August 2006, as at one time specified, for taking steroids that he didn't have a solution for (supplied by Signature Pharmacy). His third suspension came in 2012 for his second infringement of the Wellness Policy.
